Comissioning Support - DCI Series Guided Install

Guided installation service is available for Barco WGS DCI Series projectors.

Included:

•  Technician travel and expenses
• 2 days of installation support -  Install and maintenance required by certified installer to remain warranty
• Update firmware
• Calibration of projector including focus, light and colours.
• HDR Calibration with available sources
• Projector software configuration: Create profiles if  necessary and coordinate with the programmer
  
• 1 annual maintenance visit 
• 1 ad hoc visit during the 3 year period (requested visits,  additional system updates or functionality challenges)
• Remote troubleshooting via NOC 
          o (internet access mandatory for this service)
  

Not Included:

•  Physical installation of projector/lens.
•  Electrical wiring from breaker to projector.
•  Installing network wiring and terminations.
•  Sound calibration.
•  Installing, or modifying Screen, masking, or lighting.
•  Calibration of third-party video processors.
•  Control integration (i.e. Crestron, Control 4, etc.)
